Liberty Oaks can accommodate up to 300 guests in the Hall, tables & chairs for up to 100 in the Greenhouse OR up to 200 ceremony chairs in the Greenhouse, and up to 300 guests in the Courtyard.
To book your event date, 1/3 of your Total Package Price plus the full Refundable Security Deposit are required. The remainder 2/3 is due 120 days prior to your event date.
Yes! What makes Liberty Oaks unique is that we have a design software to help layout your floor plan in advance! You can work with us on multiple options until you find the floor plan that fits your event. Liberty Oaks will then set up tables & chairs per your floor plan specifications. All the work is done for you, saving you hours of physical labor and stress. Tear down of tables & chairs is included also.
To help ease your mind and relieve stress, you can book 5 hours the day prior to your event for decorating and/or rehearsal. If you choose to decorate the day of your event, you will have access to Liberty Oaks at 7am.
Liberty Oaks will have a staff member present at the beginning of your decorating. You will then be given keys so that you may come and go as you please during your event hours. Other than that initial walk through, no staff will be in attendance at your event, but can be reached via cell phone at anytime and come to the venue within minutes for emergencies. We feel this enables Liberty Oaks to offer reasonable pricing to our clients, and privacy to you for your event.

Liberty Oaks requires you to clean up all trash, decorations and linens not belonging to the venue. Trash is to be disposed of in the trash bags provided by Liberty Oaks and placed in the trash bins. Any spills needing mopped up are also your responsibility. Liberty Oaks provides all necessary cleaning supplies.
Clean up must be completed and venue fully vacated by your contracted event end time 11:30pm, unless you have purchased additional hours.
No way! You will have exclusive access and use of Liberty Oaks for your Event.
Absolutely! When you book Liberty Oaks for your Special Day, you have access to our Venue for photos.
